Mission Statement The mission of Agape Life Family Chutrch is to help take back the family from the destructive devices of the enemy. Besides the Lord Jesus Christ, the single most important building block of our communities, cities, states, and country is the family. We feel that the main ingredient in the revitalization of the family is to help develop strong Godly men who will lead their families with God inspired vision and purpose. We are to help teach Christians who they are in Christ Jesus; how to live a victorious life as promised in their Covenant rights and privileges; and to become vessels of honor that the Lord Jesus can use in His end-time church. We accomplish this mission by developing believers who are rooted in and are built up in God's Word to such an extent that they can teach others these same principles.
We are called to lead people to operate proficiently in a broad range of biblical principles, including: faith, love, healing, prosperity, redemption and righteousness; and to lead them to be able to share these principles with others. We are called to assist believers, regardless of their age group, in becoming rooted, grounded and established in the Word of God by teaching them to give God's Word first place in their lives (Colossians 1:23; Colossians 2:6-7; Psalm 112). We are called to build an army of mature believers, bringing them from milk to meat, from religion to reality. We are called to train them to become skillful in the Word of righteousness, and to stand firm in spiritual warfare against the kingdom of darkness (Hebrews 5:12-14; Ephesians 6:10-18). We are called to feed God's sheep through Spirit-filled Bible teaching, so that they are strong in the Lord and properly equipped for the move of God today (Jeremiah 3:15; Ephesians 6:10; Ephesians 4:11-16). We are called to bring "the light of the glorious gospel" and to preach the gospel of salvation to those who have not yet received Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior (II Corinthians 4:3-6; Mark 16:15-16). |
